What a week, everything got in the way of my training, All these obstacles made it next to impossible to get out the door. I really focused this week on not putting so much pressure on but to let it come natural. That is easy to say but running to me is so therapeutic when you do not get the shot of it you got into a tailspin or slight depression. Running is such a drug that I need to feed.
I need to chalk this week as a minor setback and not let it become a regular occurrence , a new week starting tomorrow and with that leads to some catch up in miles,
This weeks obstacles
- Wife was sick
- Pressures at work
- Wife had appointments
- Very icy out
- Try to run with baby but baby flipped out
- Had to watch baby a lot while wife had appointment and to cold and icy to run with baby
- Felt sick one day this week with stomach issues
Onward and upward to next week and go strong.
