1-30-2019 January = runuary

As the month is coming to a close I look back and I am not far off the 2019 goal. I need around 169 miles a month to hit the goal and is average of 6 miles a day and 42 miles a week. The great thing is I am close to the goal taking rest days off during week and running only 5 to 6 days a week. That is awesome means longer quality miles.

Here is loose training schedule for next 16 weeks

Monday’s– easy run or rest day

1-3 miles

Tuesday hr plus run

1-3 miles plus

Wednesday hr plus run

8 miles plus

Thursday easy day

8 miles plus

Friday rest day or easy

6 miles plus

Saturday long run

Start at 11 and a mile each week

Sunday hr plus run

8 plus miles

42 plus miles base
