2-1-2019 New Month plus New Goals

First day of Yoga/plank challenge, took the last day off from running for January, was very tired and needed a rest day. Rest days are not a bad thing and are very important for running health. Running on tired legs or mentally not sharp can be very challenging.

My February Goals

Run 170 miles

Average 6 miles a day

Plank everyday

Yoga everyday

I will be reporting my discoveries after the yoga conditioning starts kicking in
