Runs are the best place to work it out, I ah e come up with some of my best ideas on a run. The great clarity that a run can give you opens up the receptors of creative and clear thought process. I can be at work and be battling an issue and they decide to go for run to clear mind and on the run will solve it most of the time. It’s stepping away and allowing you to process truly clear

Day 1 yoga- 10 minutes very easy

Day 2 yoga 7 minutes core run yoga routine
