2-1-2019 weekend warrior

I love the weekends when work is not on the mind and you can clearly put the time and miles in without distractions. I have a pretty awesome weekend routine and it fits right into the babies nap time and I have a nice 1.5 to 2 hr window. This weekend I am going for a 13 miler one day and a 8 mile plus on the other I am gradually building the long run and adding a mile per week, last week was 11 so actually adding 2 mines this week. Big goals = putting the work in. It all doesnt come easy and is rewarding to work so hard at something
