2-3-2019 yoga and running day 3

I am only 3 days in but wow I miss this yoga stuff. I really feel great stretching mostly I feel criticky and getting loose is feeling great. I had an awesome 10 miler yesterday and I just felt the machine was running smooth the whole way. Day 1 I did a 10 minute routine after dinner nothing to crazy real simple and will ease in then day 2 found a prep run yoga routine that focused on a lot stretching. Still early in the challenge but so far great results. In addition to the yog challenge is the plank challenge and it’s grouped up
