2-8-2019 yoga week 1-

One week into my yoga/plank challenge, have not noticed any major improvements in running yet, it’s still very early in and will take a little bit to get the creaks out. I am for sure noticing some stiffness early in the week that is working itself out. I have been working yoga in after dinner between baby’s bath time and settling in, with a toddler everything has be scheduled or it won’t happen so I need to make a routine of it. I almost missed a few days but squeezed it in. I am trying to not put so much pressure but when I am doing yoga I really feel at peace and it’s a great way to shed the day away for the night, I am about 10 minutes a day of yoga and next week will add some time.
