2-12-2019 Winter Running Blues

Any way you slice it, this is tough time of the year to train, short days-cold and miserable conditions. The last two days of training have been challenging and last week had my lowest training week of 21 miles in over 6 months. The key thing here is to not focus on negative and remember that I am Getting out the door, I am trying and putting effort in, your body and mind have an amazing memory and what mileage you are at comfort with, last Saturday I did do 10 miles, New week and back at it, treat this as a way, to not put so much pressure on, in other news I did fall off the yoga and plank challenge just got stuck, will start next month again and continue this month getting in when I can.
